Ted is a Director on Banner’s Infrastructure team, providing service to a broad range of clients in the water infrastructure, transportation, and environmental spaces. Ted’s proficiencies in legislative analysis, writing, research, stakeholder mapping, and outreach coordination serve as an asset to his clients.

Ted is a subject matter expert in water infrastructure policy and the federal programs that support improved water quality, access, and affordability in communities across the U.S. He advises water utilities and trade associations, helping those in the sector advocate for and access funding for key initiatives. He also supports entities working to advance sound energy and climate policies that will spur innovation and resilience for the future.

Ted is a graduate of James Madison University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs. He comes to Banner following three years on the government relations team at Signal Group, a public affairs firm in DC.
