Luce Tysor is a Government Affairs Associate at Banner Public Affairs with a background in congressional policy and international affairs. She previously served as a Research Assistant on the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, where she supported senior staff on hearing preparation, stakeholder outreach, and policy research.
Luce has also interned with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and in the Office of Senator John Cornyn, where she focused on international organizations, multilateral engagement, and constituent services. Her experience reflects a deep interest in the intersection of domestic policy and global affairs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University and is currently pursuing her master’s in Statecraft and International Relations at the Institute of World Politics. She is passionate about public service and advancing thoughtful, forward-looking policy.
