Banner Public Affairs Expands Energy and Technology Public Relations Capabilities with New Hire

Stultz brings extensive public relations and crisis experience to Washington, D.C. office  

Washington, D.C. (Dec. 2, 2021) – Banner Public Affairs today announced that Mark Stultz has joined the firm as vice president of public relations. As global demand for a range of energy and technology solutions continues to rise, Stultz’s broad communications experience with the energy industry and its evolution will enhance and strengthen the firm’s advocacy and crisis planning capabilities.

Stultz comes to Banner as a proven external affairs and crisis communications specialist, having worked with companies such as BP America, the Natural Gas Supply Association and the Electric Power Supply Association.

Stultz’s previous work included a wide range of communication activities, including policy coordination and advocacy, government affairs, national media relations and crisis response. Having begun his career as a journalist, which included seven years as a television reporter and anchorman, Stultz understands how the media operates from the inside and knows what will drive a story. He will help lead clients from Banner’s Washington, D.C. headquarters.
