Lynn leads social media and digital strategy for Banner Public Affairs, bringing years of practical experience on high-profile digital advocacy campaigns. Lynn has worked extensively in digital marketing and advocacy, working across many verticals including energy, defense, agriculture, and hospitality to implement digital tactics to influence grassroots and grasstops audiences.
Prior to joining Banner, Lynn was an account manager for Resonate Networks where she planned and executed impactful digital advertising campaigns for political and advocacy clients. From the fast-paced environment of the election season to the demanding legislative agenda of the advocacy world, Lynn provided dynamic solutions to clients using multiple digital channels to share a compelling narrative and incite online action.
Lynn was also a key member of the digital team at DCI Group, a DC-based public affairs firm. Here she conducted blogger outreach and built social communities to create an echo-chamber of support and a vehicle for activists to engage on a particular policy or advocacy issue.
Lynn began her career at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management, where she worked as a marketing assistant. At GWU, she played an integral role in using online tactics to increase enrollment rates for the graduate program.
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Allegheny College, and also earned a master’s degree from the George Washington University in political management.
