Luke, the newest member of Banner’s Government Relations team, develops and implements outreach strategies for companies to achieve results on Capitol Hill. He currently focuses his work on issues related to transportation, defense, taxation, and appropriations.
His communication and political skills, developed over his over 7-year-long career as a Congressional staffer, include bipartisan legislative efforts, experience with coalition building and influence campaigns, and engagement with key decision makers in Congress and the administration. Luke has a broad understanding of aviation and transportation issues gained from his experience on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. This included in-depth work on multiple major reauthorization bills featuring various modes of transportation including aviation, surface transportation, and water resources legislation.
Luke supports client efforts in Washington, DC, where Banner is headquartered.
